Lengyel Ingrid doktorandusz

The author, Ingrid Lengyel, was born in 1969 in Budapest. She holds four BA and one MA degree in health, social care and rehabilitation. Currently, she is a patient rights’ representative of the Integrated Legal Service of the Ministry of Human Capacities. The acuity of the article’s topic and the research presented here arose when examining the patient's right to information, as declared in the current Health Act, and asking patients in primary care of an adult GP how the law is being complied with in everyday life. The author also explores the subject of patient information in other places and from other angles; the topic is so timely that it arises in any area of healing.
